Pure, logical spaces, transparency, modern approaches, an ambitious home. Cleare space, sophisticated rates , style and elegance, transparency, exciting and harmonious living environment characterize the solutions of the penthouse interior design. The apartment is divided into two main blocks. The unit of the large sized kitchen – dining room – living room and the terrace, which is surround them, and the larger spatial segment, which combine the private sections, consist of the primary bedroom with the attached bath, the wardrobe, a guest room, a playing room, the children’s bath, and a laundry.
The ease of interoperability and logical concept determined the final ensemble From the floor to the ceiling the apartment is sourranded by large glass surfaces. The living room is in coherence with the free-standing GED Cucine kitchen’s white surfaces , and the flooring The „floating”kitchen counter is combined with the bar stools of Kristalia Dart. The focus point of the living room is specifyed by the elegant white elements of the Ligne Roset Malhoun sofa.
The contemporary painting, which is fasten to a glass panel, literally floating in space, while separating foreground of the penthouse elevator. The dining table Arper Duna in the middle, is surrounded by special Alster Armchairs by Ligne Roset. The harmony of the home is given by the consistent use of dark brown parquetry of French Marty which also runs through the material and color of the entire apartment. Another main character of the the living room is a beautiful Pallucco Fortuny lamp, which easily prevails in the airy, spacious parlour. A significant part of the interior wall surfaces at the spatial unit, were reveted with own designed, and produced concrete panels.
The constancy of the dominant color white, were varied with the stronger colored paintings, and the desing of the furniture. The color white at the primary bedroom, is replaced with soothing, warm khaki tones, while the mattress Haestens provides the pure convenience. The concrete surfaces and Marty parquet at the master bathroom was consistently used , the sanitary Duravit, and faucets Dornbach were sorted by the spirit of geometric minimalism.
