This flat is in a 150 years old building. The owner wanted to have a minimal style flat where nowhere find old building style,just modern minimal light flat. The planing process first step was to replan the areas for a modern luxury brand new flat. We demolition all the walls and recalculate the areas for big bathroom light livingroom and bedroom and a small spa areas with sauna.
The electricity and the plumber system is working wiht bus system,thats mean it can drive with a simple iphone or smartphone anywhere in the world.This connecting to the heating system the coolingsystem and the alarm system as well. the design of the property is based on the gray colour,and glass.All the furniture custom made and flying style.The main lighting is LED lighting, what is also driven with the bus system. In the livingroom we maden a custom made wall paper, becouse the owner is a big soocer fun.
The kitchen design focus point the lighting dining table (made from corian) . we tryed to make an iteresting wall in it, thats why we installed LED stripes into the wall. it is a few information about it, but must to say sorry about the description becouse im not a journalist.If you could rewrite this based on my description than this could be fine.
